How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account.
Once your account is created, you can immediately get our membership benefits: discounts and reward credits.
Also, you can securely save your billing and shipping information on your account so that you don’t need to fill up such information every time you place an order.



How to order

1. Sign up or Log in MYKOCO

2. Navigate our website and search the products

3. Add the products to Cart

4. On Cart page, double-check your selected products, options, quantities and prices.

5. Click on “Order All” or “Order Selected Items”

6. Use your mileage points and coupons.

7. Choose the shipping method (Choose the country you'd like to receive the products. After then, choose the shipping method you see.)

8. Write your shipping address and information

9. Make the payment

10. Done!

Returns & Exchanges

Customs issue

Customers are fully responsible for any customs-related issues such as customs taxes, transit duties, warehousing fee, etc.

Customers shall pay for every charge-related customs issue and MYKOCO is not required to handle such customs issues in each country.

Customs issues vary by country and each country has different perspectives on hazardous product & prohibited product issues.

Thus, customers may need to contact the local customs office for detailed information to avoid potential problems in advance.


Returned parcels

If the products are returned to us due to the customs issue in each country, it is possible for us to send the goods back to you after you pay the shipping fee again.

Exchange or refund of the products is not acceptable.

Customers are fully responsible for any customs-related issues such as customs taxes, transit duties, warehousing fee, etc.

Refunds

How to cancel the order

To cancel an order is possible only before the departing is made from MYKOCO office. After then, it is impossible to cancel the order.

Before the departing from MYKOCO office, there are two steps below.

- Pending: We are preparing for your ordered products. In this step, the cancellation is acceptable.

- Preparing Shipment: We are arranging the shipment. In this step, the cancellation is NOT acceptable.

 

How to change the order

To change order, customers need to cancel the previous order first and re-order what you want to change. To cancel the order is possible only before the delivery is made from MYKOCO office.


How to exchange the order

We are afraid that exchanging received products is not possible if it is due to personal reasons.

You can only return and get a refund for wrong or damaged items.


How to Return & Get a Refund

*Unwanted goods due to personal reasons

When you do not want your goods anymore due to personal reasons; For example, you get bored with the goods or the color is not the same as you expected. In this case, you can return the goods and get a refund only for the product cost.

1.    You need to request the return of items within 7 days after the date you receive them. If 7 days already passed, your request cannot be accepted. Also, the goods should be unopened and unused. We cannot accept your return or refund when the products are already opened or used.

2.    Send back the goods to MYKOCO office. Customers shall be responsible for the return’s delivery cost.

3.    We would give you the full payment of product cost (delivery cost is excluded) within 7 days after we receive and check the returned goods.

 

*Wrong, damaged or missed goods

If you receive wrong or damaged goods or the goods are missed at the fault of MYKOCO, you can return the goods to us and get a full refund for product cost and delivery cost.

1.    You need to send us the photos of wrong or damaged items within 3 days after the date you receive them.

2.    MYKOCO would inform you after we receive and check the returned goods.

3.    We would give you the full payment of product cost and delivery cost.

4.    If you want to re-ship your parcels, we can proceed with re-shipment. In this case, you may need to pay for the delivery cost for re-shipment.

 

*Returned parcels by a customs office

When your parcels are returned by the customs office in your country, get a refund only for product cost.

1.    MYKOCO would inform you after we receive and check the returned goods.

2.    Customers shall be responsible for the return’s delivery cost and the return commission.

3.    If you want to re-ship your parcels, we can proceed with re-shipment. In this case, you may need to pay for the delivery cost for re-shipment and the return commission.

 

*Common Notice

1.    The refund will be made by Koco cash(Deposit), and this can be used for your next order payment.

2.    If you want to get a refund through by the method you used, the return commission will occur as below.

* Note: If the shipping fee is displayed $9999.00, it means “cannot be shipped”. If applicable, please stop first and contact us in person.

If you've already done to place an order, cancel the order by yourself. We can refund you after you requested to cancel your order.

Definition: Point / It will be credited when you sign up, review or purchase items and can be used as a means of cash payment.


How to save point

*Sign up Points: $ 1.00 Reward Points

*Instagram Follow: $ 0.50 Reward Points

*Facebook Follow: $ 0.50 Reward Points

  - If you leave an ID in the comment after you follow, you will earn rewards points after confirmation.

*Purchase Point: 1% of the total product cost. (If the total product cost is $ 10.00, you would receive $ 0.10 points.)

*Review Point: Text $ 0.05 points, Photo $ 0.20 points


How to use point

*Reward points will be saved after 20 days from the delivered date and you can use them afterward.

*Reward points can be used like cash when purchasing products.

*To receive & use the points does not apply to clearance sale period.

Definition: Deposit / Can be used as cash payment means.

*Deposit method: Send your desired amount to Mykoco by T / T method. The amount (dollar) excluding the relay fee is accumulated as 'koco cash (deposit)'.

*The relay fee can be confirmed by sending a receipt (document) issued by the bank when the deposit is received by e-mail.
