Delivery issues caused by COVID-19

MYKOCO has taken all measures to maintain our service offer and delivery times for you, despite the difficult situation regarding COVID-19. Unfortunately, the closure of borders to most countries is having an impact on our delivery.
1. Our major delivery method, Korea Post is highly being affected. Most countries are not currently taking the delivery by Korea Post. Thus, we would guide you with other delivery methods which may be a bit more expensive but possible. Before placing an order, please contact us; email@example.com with your address first. Then, we would let you know the available delivery methods and delivery costs.
2. We expect delays in delivery and cannot guarantee any specific delivery dates at the moment. We kindly ask you to be patient should your goods not arrive at the specified time.
