Delivery to the Philippines by Korea Post / K-Packet / EMS

The post offices in the Philippines do NOT deliver the parcels to the final destination(Your address). They deliver the parcels only to the nearest post office from your address.

So we strongly recommend you to track your parcels with the tracking number we send you. Please visit and track your parcels here https://trace.epost.go.kr//xtts/tt/epost/ems/ems_eng.jsp after you receive the tracking number from us.

Once the tracking result indicates as 'Arrival at inward office of exchange', please visit the nearest post office from your address and receive the parcels by yourself.

Please note that some fees might occur, if applicable, please pay the fees directly to the post office in your country.
