- Shipping and delivery dates may be affected during holidays, peak season and if our warehouse is experiencing a high volume of orders.

- All our orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Seoul, Korea.


Please check the following matters before you order.



1) Basics

- If the total weight of ordered goods is over 2kg, select the split order or EMS / Rincos.


2) Undeliverable countries

- If you don't see "shipping method" after entering your address in "place order" page, we can't ship the goods to that country. Please understand this.


3) Free shipping

- Based on total amount, we offer free Korea Post(Economy Shipping) for (order) over USD 30.

  (Select 'Korea Post (Tracking)' if you want to get the tracking number.)

- Based on total amount, we offer free K-packet(Standard Shipping) for (order) over USD 60

- Based on total amount, we offer free EMS(Expedited Shipping) for (order) over USD 200.


4) India / Indonesia

- Click here for special notes on each country (India / Indonesia).

- In India and Indonesia, parcels are often lost in our experience. Please purchase "the tracking number" option.

- If delivery to Indonesia is over 1.6kg, you are more likely to catch customs. Please split heavy order into small orders.


5) Cancelling or changing your order

- We try to process your order as fast as we can. That means there's little time to make adjustments or cancel the order.

- Normally we fulfill all orders the next business day.

- If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us at cs@mykoco.com as soon as possible with order number

  and the subject line as "Cancellation" or "change".
